Mr. Salim Abou Samra, the owner of Samra Jewellery (Wholesale, Manufacturing, Diamond Division, 6 Retail Shops), shifted his jewellery operations from Kuwait to Dubai about a decade ago. Since most of his employees were not computer literate and he did not have any Senior Accountant, from beginning he was looking for a Software which is very simple to use, yet provided him with professional accounts, as well as full inventory control and management reports.

• Controlling Sales at prices lower than Minimum Margins - predefined for each item. This way, he can afford to put even a new Salesman directly in the Retail shop, yet not risk selling jewellry below the Minimum Price without authorisation
• Fixing Credit Limit for each wholesale customer - beyond which no salesman can sell, unless authorised by himself or any other person to whom he delegate this authority 
• Marking any Customer/Supplier account as 'Blacklisted' and preventing any transaction in that 
• Designating certain confidential accounts as 'Classified Accounts' (like Capital, Retained Profits, Partners' Current Accounts etc.) and disallowing any unauthorised access to those accounts by any User 
• Putting Bar-Code on each Jewellery Trey, with its Number and Tare Weight, and take a Quick Stock Check - connect the Weighing Scale to ACE-GOLD, put each Trey with Jewellry in it on the Scale and read it directly into Physical Stock Check Module - while scanning the Trey Barcode. The software automatically reads the Gross Wt, deducts the Tare Wt, Calculates the Net Jewellry Wt, compares with Computer Wt and allows them to pass the automated entries for the Difference.
• In case any Document Serial Number is missing - he can track it down and mark the reasons for the same
• He can monitor the User Log - to see the general pattern of each Users' Login/Logout times, Usages, Abnormal entries & exits etc. 
• He can monitor the Edit/Delete activities, with Username, Date/Time stamp, Document Details - and enquire about any such incident with the concerned User
• At the End of everyday, he is able to take a 'Daily Report' for the day's operation in each of his Shop 
• He can analyse the performance of each of his Salesman - not only by Sales, but his Margins, the type of Jewellry he sells more, his relative contribution in total Sales and Profits, his Per-Gram Margins etc. 
• At a push of a button, he can know his Profit, Fixing Positions, Balances, Stocks, Sales, Short-Margins, Overdue Invoices, Cash & Bank Balances & Reconciliation, Post-dated Cheques Receivables/Payables/Discounted and so on and so forth 
• He is able to produce Picture Catalogues - for any of his Jewellry for any purpose 
• He is able to produce online Invoice Printing even during his exhibitions 
• He is able to track down the goods he has on consignment with him or with his customers at any time 
• He is able to do manufacturing of Diamond Jewellery by mixing Mountings with Diamond and Stones, add Labour and all the updations take place authomatically 
• He is able to login from anywhere in the world to any of his office/shop to be able to View/Print/Download/Update any information he wants in ACE-GOLD
